We’re looking for reliable individuals ready to learn and commit long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble small parts and components

• Use a microscope to inspect your work

• Follow simple instructions and step-by-step processes

• Work with basic tools and equipment

• Keep your workspace clean and organized

• Work in a clean room environment (full protective “bunny suit” required at all times)

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and consistent attendance

• Willingness to learn (training provided)

• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work

• Good attention to detail

Experience can be from:

• Warehouse

• Production / manufacturing

• Tire tech / automotive work

• General labor or hands-on jobs

Pay & Bonus

• Earn $28.19/hr + overtime

• Bonus up to $3,000:

  • $1,000 at 30 days

  • $1,000 at 60 days

  • $1,000 at 90 days

Shifts Available

C Shift (3x12 Days)
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
$28.19/hr | $42.98 OT

Basic Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident (Proof will be required if hired with current unexpired documents)

• Able to pass background check and drug test

• Comfortable wearing full clean room suit (bunny suit)

• Able to maintain consistent attendance
