Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •AA Degree with 10 years experience or more •Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance •Experience in electronic packaging for military applications. •Experience with design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling. •Experience with CREO and Windchill •Knowledgeable of GD&T •Familiar with Change Board processes and documentation control
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •The ideal candidate for this position will perform electronics packaging designs, testing and verification of microwave electronics components and sub-systems. Experience manufacturing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies is also desirable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering •Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics. •Experience with CREO, Windchill, Zuken. •Hands on experience with building and testing electronic assemblies. •Knowledge of GD&T is preferred. •Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics is preferred.
