PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a driven and analytical Human Resources Assistant to join their Human Resource Service Center (HRSC). Your Role & Impact
As a Human Resources Assistant specializing in Workforce Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, service levels, and the overall success of the HR Service Center.
You’ll combine data analysis with strategic scheduling to support a high-performing team—helping to maintain seamless HR support for employees across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Scheduling & Workforce Allocation
Design and manage daily schedules across phone, chat, case, and non-phone work streams
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance staffing needs and workload
Real-Time Monitoring
Track agent productivity and schedule adherence in real time
Identify and escalate performance gaps to maintain service excellence
Schedule Maintenance
Process time-off requests, schedule changes, and exceptions efficiently
Maintain accurate, up-to-date workforce schedules
Forecasting & Staffing
Lead forecast discussions and provide data-driven staffing recommendations
Ensure service level targets (service factors) are consistently met
Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs, trends, and performance metrics
Translate complex data into actionable insights
Process Improvement & Innovation
Recommend and implement improvements to optimize operations
Configure workforce management tools to improve data accuracy
Stay current with industry best practices and trends
Independent Execution
Work autonomously with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of workforce management or scheduling experience in a contact center environment
Proficiency with AWS Connect or similar cloud-based contact center platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, macros)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership
Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/case management tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Pay Details: $32.03 per hour
