Your Role & Impact

As an Assembler, your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly support the creation of high-performance electronic and mechanical systems used in critical aviation technologies. Your work will help ensure quality, reliability, and precision in products that impact people worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Assembly & Production

• Perform a mix of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components
  
• Build modules, circuit boards, panels, cables, and subassemblies using detailed diagrams and drawings
  
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, jigs, and other equipment to complete assemblies
  

Quality & Testing

• Conduct continuity checks during and after assembly processes
  
• Perform inspections in accordance with strict quality standards
  
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
  

Rework & Prototyping

• Disassemble, modify, and reassemble components for rework or repair
  
• Support the testing and development of prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
  

Team Collaboration

• Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively with team members
  
• Contribute to a culture of precision, safety, and continuous improvement
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• IPC J-STD-001 Certification
  
• 1–3 years of experience in hand soldering or electronic assembly
  
• 1–3 years working in a manufacturing environment
  
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in a team setting
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
  
• 5+ years of hands-on soldering experience including inspection, rework, and repair
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  
• Experience with MES systems
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
