PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Assemblers to support an innovative aerospace manufacturing leader . As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly and testing of components and products, ensuring that they meet customer specifications and requirements. Your Impact:
In this role, you will help drive the success of our manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Components: Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and drawings.
Quality Testing: Test finished products for functionality and quality to meet Honeywell’s high standards.
Follow Instructions: Adhere to assembly instructions, technical diagrams, and safety procedures to ensure correct assembly.
Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to meet production goals and deadlines.
You Must Have:
2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Manual dexterity and the ability to work with various tools and equipment
We Value:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in assembly or a related field
Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

Competitive Pay: $20/hr. on 1st Shift, 6AM - 2:30PM
