Chipton-Ross is seeking an Equipment Manager 5 for a contract opportunity in Tukwila, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Senior or highly experienced, 10-15 years of experience.
- 5 years in qualification testing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking an experienced equipment manager comfortable leading technical supplier management and FAA certification efforts supporting a rapid-prototype program. Experience with mission computing systems preferred. This candidate will be responsible for integrating supplier schedules, technical drawing review and approval, qualification test deliverables, conformity, and will oversee qualification test execution with a supplier.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

ADDITIONAL:
Domestic Travel: potential to a supplier, 1-2 times - dependent on ability.
OT/DOT: up to 10%, not expected.
