Location: Mobile, AL or Wichita, KS | Payrate: $35/hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding operations at a cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing facility in Mobile, Alabama. In this impactful role, you’ll help drive hiring success for one of the world’s most recognized names in aviation while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring teams, and new hires.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting recruitment execution and onboarding activities across the Mobile Manufacturing Site.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and interview teams
Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed communications and scheduling support
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate interview scheduling and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collect and upload interview evaluation forms and hiring documentation
Support onboarding activities by gathering required new hire paperwork
Coordinate pre-employment activities including drug screens, background checks, and physicals
Submit and monitor IT requests for incoming employees
Track and monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process
Assist with recruitment events and ensure compliant candidate data management
Support additional recruiting and onboarding initiatives as needed
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
Proficiency using office technologies and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree
Experience supporting recruitment and/or onboarding coordination
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Experience with Google Workspace
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, including EEO and anti-discrimination regulations
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and agency partners
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role requires the ability to work both in office and production environments, including extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and operating office equipment. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. may be required.
