PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support a leading organization in the aviation industry. About the Role

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement, tracking, and management of materials that support aviation operations. Your work directly impacts production flow, operational efficiency, and mission readiness by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Location: Ogden, UT 84404

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 9x80 schedule

Duration: 12-month contract (full-time; contract-to-hire intent)

Pay Rate: $23.02/hour

What You’ll Do

Supply Chain & Logistics Operations

• Receive, store, move, and ship materials and equipment across supply chain operations
  
• Verify quantities, weights, and material conformity; prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading
  
• Route materials to proper destinations and ensure accurate tracking
  

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Pull and assemble kits based on production schedules and deliver to the shop floor
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy using enterprise systems and data entry tools
  
• Support supply chain logistics, engineering property systems, and operational workflows
  

Technical & Administrative Tasks

• Perform a blend of physical and clerical duties using hand trucks, forklifts, and computer systems
  
• Process transactions in systems such as SAP (goods issue and goods receipt)
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year of education and/or relevant experience (1–3 years preferred overall experience)
  
• Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
  
• Proficiency with MS 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Experience using SAP S4 for goods issuing and receiving
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams
  
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with SAP S4 transactions
  
• Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
  
• Forklift or reach lift experience
