Risk Management & Inventory Analyst Support
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in aviation to bring on a skilled Risk Management and Inventory Analyst Support professional. As a Risk Management and Inventory Analyst Support, you’ll play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating supplier risks that can impact aviation interiors and supply chain continuity. Your insights and analysis will directly influence operational stability and executive decision-making across a global network.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (primarily CST; flexibility required for global support)
Duration: 12-month contract (full-time)
Pay Rate: $47.59/hour
Lead day-to-day supplier risk management activities for Interiors
Identify and evaluate risks including financial, geopolitical, natural disasters, and business disruptions
Apply the Identify–Assess–Mitigate–Monitor framework to resolve and manage risk events
Monitor and respond to alerts using Resilinc and escalate financial risks as needed
Conduct data extraction and analysis using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SAP
Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations outlining key risk exposures
Create polished PowerPoint decks and communications for leadership
Partner with internal teams, suppliers, and leadership to coordinate rapid responses to risk events
Support customer audits, supplier surveys, and risk assessments
Handle ad hoc requests from central risk management leadership
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field
4+ years of experience in supply chain, risk management, analytics, or similar
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high data literacy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Excellent communication skills with experience creating executive-level deliverables
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience with Tableau and SAP
Exposure to supplier risk management tools (e.g., Resilinc)
Background in aviation, aerospace, or global supply chain operations
