About the Role

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing Interiors Supply Chain initiatives—ensuring projects move quickly, stakeholders stay aligned, and leadership has the insights needed to make strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, supplier transitions, and process improvements across a global organization.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (primarily CST; flexibility required for global collaboration)

Duration: 12-month contract (full-time)

Pay Rate: $68.97/hour

What You’ll Do

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and execute Interiors Supply Chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  
• Respond to urgent requests from Procurement Services leadership with speed and accuracy
  
• Support implementation of sourcing process improvements for buyer teams
  
• Drive change management communications for key milestones, including system updates, supplier transitions, and workflow rollouts
  
• Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, templates, and workflows
  
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with business standards
  
• Deliver clear, executive-level reporting and updates
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate across procurement, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
  
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and key milestones
  
• Proactively identify issues and escalate risks to leadership with actionable solutions
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field
  
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, or similar roles
  
• Strong background in supply chain operations or procurement
  
• Proven project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace environments
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
