Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of production—ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and delivered where they’re needed most. Your attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy will directly support operational efficiency and aircraft production excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the stockroom operations team, your day-to-day will include:

• Counting and verifying incoming parts against supplier documentation
• Receiving materials in SAP and identifying/reporting discrepancies
• Entering inventory into automated vertical storage systems
• Performing SAP transactions for goods movement and inventory updates
• Preparing and verifying stock requisitions
• Stocking parts at point-of-use areas (POU), including tilt bins and kanban systems
• Filling kit carts based on pick lists and delivering materials to production
• Supporting urgent production delivery requests as needed
• Conducting cycle counts and manual clipboard counts
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date inventory records

Work Environment:

• Active role requiring full-time standing and walking
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
• Location: Foley, AL 36535
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $26.13/hour

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP systems
• Reliable, team-oriented work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in stockroom, warehouse, or material handling roles
• Experience working with SAP or similar inventory systems
• Familiarity with aviation, manufacturing, or production environments
• Knowledge of inventory control processes such as cycle counting or kanban systems
