Role Summary

As Customer Support you will be the link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—analyzing data, resolving delivery challenges, and strengthening relationships. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier and customer data related to spare parts ordering, delivery, and provisioning services

• Process and assess returned materials from customers, ensuring accuracy and resolution

• Evaluate customer inquiries for spare parts, coordinating responses and resolving delivery issues

• Create and track performance metrics to monitor service excellence and identify improvement opportunities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and support

• Develop a strong understanding of each customer’s business strategies and organizational culture

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective solutions to customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

• Experience supporting customer service, supply chain, or logistics operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or spare parts support environments

• Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools

• Background in supply chain, inventory management, or provisioning processes

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
