Customer Account Specialist
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation industry organization to hire a Customer Account Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. As a Customer Account Specialist, you will serve as a critical link between customers, internal teams, and operational processes supporting commercial and military aviation repair services. You will manage high-volume customer accounts, oversee repair order administration, and ensure contract requirements are executed accurately and efficiently.
Your ability to maintain precision in a dynamic environment will directly impact customer satisfaction, on-time delivery performance, and operational success across aviation support programs.
This is a full-time, 12-month assignment based onsite in Phoenix, AZ, working first shift Monday–Friday.
Manage and administer 200+ active customer orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Process commercial and military repair orders including acknowledgements, quoting, exchanges, invoicing, and order updates
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers to ensure exceptional service levels
Interpret and execute customer contractual requirements with accuracy and compliance
Proactively identify and mitigate on-time delivery risks and potential financial penalties
Determine validity and disposition of warranty claims
Process high-volume computer transactions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Ensure adherence to Global Trade compliance regulations and internal procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency
Take initiative in identifying problems and driving resolution in a timely, professional manner
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Strong computer proficiency and transactional processing experience
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
SAP proficiency
Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Customer Account Management
Experience administering U.S. Government repair contracts
Familiarity with FARs and DFARs
Experience with CAV and PIEE systems
Background supporting aviation or aerospace operations
