PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation company to hire skilled Product Acceptance Specialists for an exciting opportunity in Wichita. In this role, you’ll help verify product conformance, support quality assurance processes, and ensure aircraft components meet strict design and manufacturing requirements before moving forward in production.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
• Location: Wichita, KS
• Pay Rate: Starting at $28.70 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
• Overtime: Weekend rotation required with schedule flexibility provided

What You’ll Do

As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining aerospace quality and compliance standards by verifying product conformity, identifying discrepancies, and supporting inspection and verification activities across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements
• Provide objective evidence and documentation of inspection results
• Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities
• Identify, document, and track discrepancies using non-conformance systems
• Segregate and control non-conforming materials and components
• Review and support rework dispositions
• Participate in product and process verification reviews with internal customers
• Assist with maintaining quality and compliance standards throughout production operations
• Support rotating weekend schedules and overtime needs as required

Required Qualifications

• Aviation or aircraft mechanic experience
• Inspection experience within aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and follow quality procedures and technical requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and rotating weekends
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace manufacturing or aircraft production experience
• Familiarity with quality assurance or non-conformance tracking systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience supporting product verification and compliance activities
