Position Details
Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (18-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate Starting at: $47.05 per hour
Shift Flexibility Required: Must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs
Work Environment: 100% onsite with dynamic movement between warehouse floors, implementation areas, and training environments

What You’ll Do
As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in implementing and supporting Manhattan WMS across aerospace assembly and installation warehouse operations. You’ll collaborate with operations, IT, and cross-functional business teams to optimize warehouse performance, improve processes, and ensure successful system integration and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business processes
Develop deep expertise in Manhattan WMS functionality and integrations with ERPLN/SAP, CMES, and KITS systems
Support pre- and post-implementation activities including:
System configuration
User acceptance testing
Associate training
Functionality rollouts
System audits
Analyze and present business process findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams
Provide solutions for complex warehouse management and operational challenges
Develop process standards, implementation roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate workshops and build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and end users
Assist with development of standard operating procedures and trainer education
Conduct benchmarking, business case analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
Coordinate with IT teams to align project requirements, timelines, and operational goals
Ensure compliance with inventory management policies, contractual obligations, and government regulations
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of relevant business process analysis or warehouse systems experience
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience implementing WMS or similar enterprise software platforms
Experience supporting applications or data warehouses in production environments
Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree with typically 6+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Manhattan WMS implementation from a business or operational perspective
Background in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems
Experience with business intelligence or data warehousing development
Prior aviation or aerospace industry experience is a plus
