2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled Processing Technicians to support critical manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment focused on precision, consistency, and safety.
Retrieve molds from wind tunnel and log production information
Load molds into vacuum chambers
Steam dewax molds and maintain accurate production paperwork
Inspect vacuum pumps and steam dewax units daily
Move molds using wire trucks
Weigh, identify, and organize alloy materials
Cut alloy to required weights and specifications
Chamfer alloy, remove dust, and prepare materials for processing
Maintain alloy documentation and daily equipment upkeep
Operate forklifts and maintain valid fork truck certification
Review production schedules and mold quantities
Locate mold wrap instructions and cut materials to specification
Stage materials for mold wrapping teams
Assist engineers with updated wrap instructions
Retrieve molds and follow detailed wrap instructions
Mix materials (“mud”) and wrap molds according to specifications
Stage completed molds for preheat operations
Support process improvements with engineering teams
Verify job numbers, lot numbers, and mold quantities
Load molds into ovens following production instructions
Track and enter lot trace information into systems
Maintain production documentation
Verify oven temperatures before processing
Load and unload molds into vacuum chambers
Apply post-cast cooling agents
Set up lower casting units as required for production runs
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed
Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
