This role sits at the center of a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), where your voice, judgment, and attention to detail help coordinate emergency response and ensure safety across critical aviation operations worldwide.

Your Mission & Impact

As an Emergency Dispatch Specialist, you will be the critical communication link during emergencies—ensuring rapid response, accurate information flow, and calm coordination under pressure. Your work directly supports life safety, security operations, and uninterrupted business continuity across a global aviation network.

What You’ll Do

In this high-stakes, high-impact role, you will:

• Answer and document emergency calls with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Simultaneously monitor and dispatch multiple fire, security, and emergency medical radio channels
• Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions following established protocols
• Make timely notifications to internal teams and emergency response personnel
• Enter real-time data into Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems with precision
• Maintain clear communication while managing multiple audio and data sources
• Deliver empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations
• Operate effectively in a 24/7 GSOC environment with rotating shifts
• Collaborate closely with Security, Fire Operations, and Emergency Medical Services teams
• Support training initiatives and Standard Operating Procedure updates as needed
• Make critical, real-time decisions in high-pressure situations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1+ years of experience in an Emergency Communications Center (ECC/PSAP), Security & Fire Protection, or Emergency Medical Services role
• 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, crisis-driven, team-based environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience performing responsibilities similar to those listed above
• Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure environments
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent military experience
• Experience in a 24/7 operations or dispatch center
• Familiarity with emergency dispatch protocols and systems (CAD systems preferred)
• Strong communication, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
