Location: Glendale, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12-Month Contract)
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support inventory accuracy and stockroom operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves cycle counting, receiving, and kitting activities, with a strong emphasis on precision, documentation, and compliance with internal control procedures.
You’ll work under general supervision and be expected to handle materials with care, maintain accurate records, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Primary Responsibilities
Cycle Counting:
- Validate bin locations and material data against inventory documents
- Count materials using tools such as tweezers, wire/tape & reel counters, and ionizers
- Record quantities in SAP and repackage/reseal items
- Ensure bins are returned to correct locations
- Support recounts as needed
- Verify accuracy of received items
- Repackage items for protection and ease of future cycle counts
- Process items in SAP and ensure proper labeling
- Support stockroom reporting, filing, and inter-departmental transport
- Pull materials based on labels and validate against location data
- Repackage materials for kitting
- Return residual materials to proper locations
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma
- Experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
- Willingness to wear ESD smocks, safety straps, gloves, and other PPE as needed
- Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, and freezer materials
- Willingness to travel to another site if required
- Experience with SAP inventory systems
- Familiarity with FOD prevention and electrical material handling
- Operation of powered industrial trucks (industrial to heavy classification)

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
