🚀 Join a cutting-edge aerospace and defense program supporting tactical aircraft flight testing and mission-critical system evaluations. We are seeking a highly experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead flight test planning, execution, control room operations, and aircraft test activities in support of advanced military aircraft programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Flight Test professional with strong Test Conductor experience, tactical aircraft testing knowledge, and the ability to support complex flight operations from planning through execution and reporting.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead aircraft ground and flight test planning and execution activities
✔ Develop detailed test procedures, instrumentation setups, and configuration definitions
✔ Conduct system-level lab, ground, and flight testing operations
✔ Support flight test control room operations and mission execution
✔ Review and validate flight test data, including off-nominal conditions
✔ Prepare and publish detailed test reports and present findings to leadership
✔ Coordinate with flight operations, instrumentation, systems, fabrication, and engineering teams
✔ Support software/system verification and risk reduction activities
✔ Archive test data and documentation
✔ Mentor and guide junior Test Conductors and engineering personnel

✅ Basic Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field
✔ 9+ years of related engineering or flight test experience
✔ 5+ years supporting flight test operations or flight test principles
✔ 5+ years planning and conducting system-level lab, ground, or flight testing
✔ 100+ hours of Control Room experience as a Test Conductor
✔ Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
✔ U.S. Citizenship required

⭐ Preferred Skills

✔ Tactical aircraft flight testing experience
✔ Experience interfacing with customers and senior program leadership
✔ Experience developing detailed test points from system-level requirements
✔ Strong test planning, execution, reporting, and verification background
✔ Experience supporting military or DoD aircraft programs
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills within fast-paced test environments
