What You’ll Do

• Research, triage, and resolve benefit-related data inquiries from internal teams and external vendors
• Collect, validate, secure, and maintain employee and plan data for reporting, audits, and analysis
• Monitor and validate data inputs and file transmissions across systems such as Workday, Oracle, Data Warehouse, and vendor platforms
• Manage system security access requests, permissions, and user roles while ensuring minimum access standards
• Audit supplier and vendor data, troubleshoot processing failures, and ensure consistency across systems
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Payroll, IT, Strategy, and vendors
• Lead or support system testing, upgrades, releases, and cross-functional implementations
• Calculate 401(k) contribution corrections and perform retirement savings plan audits
• Create and improve procedures, playbooks, and knowledge base documentation
• Support flexible scheduling needs tied to vendor windows and critical processing timelines

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or benefits data management, governance, auditing, and data protection
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting batch or production issues and driving resolution
• 3+ years of experience supporting retirement plans, vendor coordination, and remediation processes
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• 2+ years of experience using Workday or similar HCM systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of project leadership or project management experience
• Experience with Oracle/Peoplesoft HR Management Systems
• Experience administering security for HR systems
• Knowledge of retirement regulations, ERISA fundamentals, payroll, and compensation concepts
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI tools

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (such as Master’s degree plus 4 years, or 10+ years of relevant experience).

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $49.00/hour
