In this role, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, helping create memorable experiences for customers while supporting day-to-day retail operations, inventory management, and sales growth. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening brand engagement and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Opening and closing the store while maintaining daily cash control procedures
Processing point-of-sale purchases, returns, and customer orders
Receiving freight, restocking merchandise, and maintaining organized stock levels
Supporting inventory management, including transfers, markdowns, annual counts, and paperwork
Implementing floor displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards
Coordinating store maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Responding to customer and stakeholder emails and communications promptly
Supporting specialized sales events and promotions
Identifying and reporting customer concerns, safety issues, and housekeeping needs
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
Experience using Point-of-Sale systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights as needed
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Counterpoint POS experience
Previous military or commercial experience in quality or operations leadership
Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $26.65 per hour
