Summary:

Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP HANA database solutions and ETL workflows

Design and support SAP BODS, NiFi, and Informatica jobs for enterprise data integration and processing

Create database views, replicate tables, and support enterprise data engineering initiatives

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize operational impact

Identify opportunities for automation, guardrails, and process optimization to improve ETL reliability and efficiency

Perform impact assessments and data lineage analysis for system enhancements and process changes

Support reporting, analytics, and metric-driven business initiatives through data collection and reporting development

Create and maintain technical documentation, mappings, and process documentation

Ensure compliance with data governance, data security, and data quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, business stakeholders, and engineering teams

Support enterprise systems including ERP, PLM, MES, and related platforms

Utilize internal AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and workflow optimization

Requirements:

Strong experience developing within SAP HANA databases and performing ETL processes

Hands-on experience creating and optimizing SAP BODS and NiFi jobs, creating views, replicating tables, and supporting broader data engineering initiatives

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to meet customer and operational needs

Experience implementing automation, guardrails, and process improvements to optimize daily ETL operations

Ability to create, maintain, and revise technical documentation and data mappings

Experience performing impact assessments and lineage analysis for upcoming system or process changes

Ability to support data-driven analysis and metric reporting, including data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution

6+ years of experience with SQL, Hadoop/Big Data technologies, SAP HANA, and/or SAP Business Objects Suite

6+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP HANA databases

6+ years of experience with ETL tools, especially SAP BODS, Informatica, and NiFi

3+ years of experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau

3+ years of experience performing impact assessments and data lineage analysis

Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality best practices

Expertise in developing enterprise data warehouse solutions

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar enterprise platforms

Experience utilizing internal AI tools or automation technologies to improve operational efficiency

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think creatively and proactively to improve processes and system performance

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
