Summary:

Lead software development activities supporting mission-critical business and defense applications in an Agile development environment.

Serve as both Software Engineer and Agile Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-functional team coordination.

Design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software applications using modern programming methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, and operational needs to develop efficient and scalable software solutions.

Apply software development standards, processes, tools, and security requirements throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Coordinate with developers, systems engineers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Troubleshoot software defects, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Experience planning, conducting, and coordinating software development activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience serving in Agile Scrum Master responsibilities within software development teams.

Strong experience with:

Software design and development

Debugging and troubleshooting

Software testing and documentation

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ability to develop logical and mathematical software solutions for business or mission applications.

Experience applying software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools.

Knowledge of:

Computer hardware and software systems

Information processing techniques

Programming concepts and controls

System analysis and requirements gathering

Ability to analyze system capabilities, resolve software issues, and ensure compliance with software quality standards.

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in a technical development environment.

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
