Job Title: Support Engineering Data Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months) Location: Ridley Park, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate Starting at : $45.75 per hour
Your Impact
As a Support Engineering Data Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring aircraft systems are fully supported throughout their lifecycle. By analyzing engineering data, fleet performance, logistics needs, and maintenance requirements, you’ll help develop support strategies that maximize reliability, reduce downtime, and improve readiness for customers.
What You’ll Do
Interpret and analyze engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data
Develop support solutions including provisioning, spares planning, logistics support analysis, and maintenance concepts
Recommend product supportability improvements and establish maintenance tasks and support resources
Identify logistics support candidates from product definitions and create support analysis records and reports
Determine spare and replacement part requirements, stocking levels, and provisioning strategies
Write and maintain technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft systems and components
Evaluate aircraft and fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability data
Develop, collect, organize, and store system support technical data elements and specifications
Support multiple equipment subsystems and customers under contract requirements
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to optimize lifecycle support solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Aircraft Mechanic or Avionics experience (military, commercial, corporate, or general aviation)
3+ years of Technical Writing experience or 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License
Experience with SLICWAVE
Knowledge of MIL-STD-40051, S1000D, MIL-STD 1388, GEIA-STD-0007
XML experience
Lean Six Sigma certification or methodology experience

Pay Details: $45.75 per hour
