Job Title: Systems and Data Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (6+ Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: from $63 to $83 per hour
Location: Hybrid: 2–3 days in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Long Beach, CA; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
As a Systems and Data Analyst, you’ll serve as a strategic SAP Functional Analyst/Lead focused on SAP Production Planning (PP). You’ll collaborate with business leaders, architects, developers, and stakeholders to implement and enhance enterprise systems that support manufacturing excellence. Your expertise will directly contribute to efficiency, innovation, and operational success across aviation programs.
Lead workshops and drive process solutioning initiatives
Partner with SMEs, architects, developers, and system integrators to analyze processes and recommend improvements
Configure and implement SAP PP solutions to meet evolving business needs
Develop and maintain key project documentation including process flows, design specs, and decision documents
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and test plans for new functionality and enhancements
Recommend SAP best practices aligned with clean core standards
Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and lead root cause analysis
Utilize tools such as Signavio, JIRA, and Tricentis Tosca
Independently lead object development while collaborating across teams
Support SAP Project Systems and contribute to project plans using SAP Activate methodology
Work within Agile (SAFe) frameworks to deliver high-quality results
12+ years of SAP PP consulting experience
4+ years of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning experience
Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules
Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementations
Background in large, complex business environments
Experience with interfaces, user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reporting
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Advanced expertise in SAP Production Planning including MRP Live, BOMs, routings, work centers, demand management, forecasting, production orders, capacity planning, and costing
Experience with FIORI applications and S/4HANA PPDS
SAP Quality Management experience
Cross-functional integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, FICO, and QM
Experience with PLM and MES integrations
Aerospace and Defense industry experience
Knowledge of discrete and repetitive manufacturing
SAP certifications in SAP S/4 PP, QM, or MM
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
