Summary:
Fabricate, install, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electrical and electronic systems in support of System Integration Laboratory (SIL) test facilities and aerospace manufacturing operations.
Construct and route aircraft wiring harnesses from electrical schematics and engineering drawings, including termination to rear disconnect panels and large electronics racks.
Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assembly, modification, testing, and troubleshooting activities with limited guidance.
Support fabrication of wire harnesses, test boxes, and associated laboratory test equipment used in aircraft systems integration and testing.
Utilize engineering drawings, schematics, and written or verbal instructions to diagnose issues, make adjustments, and perform repairs or modifications.
Perform mechanical assembly and mounting of electronic equipment and components within aircraft racks and laboratory systems.
Requirements:
Strong experience constructing aircraft wiring harnesses from electrical schematics.
Experience routing and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors.
Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience fabricating, installing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic and electromechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret:
Engineering drawings
Electrical schematics
Electronic diagrams
Technical instructions
Experience working in laboratory, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
Mechanical assembly and general fabrication experience, including mounting components in electronics racks.
Experience fabricating test boxes and laboratory support equipment.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a technical integration environment.
Must complete required Sikorsky onboarding and security documentation, including:
Sikorsky Security Documents
Notarized NEAT Form
Valid identification documents

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
