Summary:
Lead the development, analysis, management, and compliance verification of process and product baselines for highly integrated and complex aerospace products.
Oversee configuration and data management activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, processes, systems, and tools.
Lead technical design reviews, audits, product trade studies, and engineering change proposals for new and derivative aircraft programs.
Direct the integration and allocation of Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) requirements for hardware, software, and engineering design data systems.
Analyze and resolve complex engineering product structure and integration issues while supporting certification and airplane systems activities.
Develop, integrate, and implement engineering technical program plans while managing multiple projects independently under minimal supervision.
Ensure regular and predictable attendance in a non-managerial, individual contributor role.
Requirements:
Experience with ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) procedures.
Experience working with airplane systems and/or aircraft certification processes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) processes and tools.
Ability to lead technical reviews, audits, product change activities, and baseline management efforts.
Experience analyzing complex engineering product structures and resolving integration issues.
Strong communication, technical documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a highly integrated aerospace environment.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
