JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

PAY RATE: $30-135/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Active Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years, or Continuous Evaluation (CE) enrollment

Summary:

Lead and support the migration of a software development network to an AWS GovCloud environment

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (including YAML configuration)

Set up and manage secure development environments within a Linux-based ecosystem

Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment

Develop and maintain software in C++ (C++11) and Python

Troubleshoot pipeline, build, and deployment issues across integrated systems

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical feedback

Requirements:

Active Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years, or Continuous Evaluation (CE) enrollment

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering/science field

Expertise in AWS GovCloud

Strong experience with:

GitLab (pipelines, YAML configuration)

Nexus and Artifactory

Jira

Proficiency in C++ (C++11) and Python

Experience with Linux-based software development environments

Strong background in object-oriented software development

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
