JOB TITLE: Customer Relations Specialist
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $32-35/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

    Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

    Schedule: 7:30 AM / 8:00 AM 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

    Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service during customer visits, trade shows, air shows, conferences, product demonstrations, evaluations, and special events

    Provide support to senior management and assist with planning and execution of marketing and customer engagement activities

    Manage budgets and oversee distribution of promotional materials

    Coordinate agendas and logistics for exhibit participation, product demonstrations, evaluations, and special events

    Ensure adherence to project plans, customer commitments, budgets, schedules, and company ethics and compliance guidelines

    Serve as a liaison between customers and executive leadership

    Support aftermarket customer service operations using Boeing/Spirit quoting systems

    Determine production status and check systems for availability of replacement parts

    Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) on spare part configurations

    Make make/buy decisions and manage the full quoting process through customer delivery

    Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and spare parts requirements to ensure minimal operational downtime

    Act as a liaison with Boeing on customer requests and aftermarket support needs

    Play a critical role in supporting the operational readiness of the flying fleet

Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Aerospace experience or a degree combined with customer service experience

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
