Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple APG Mechanics for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • 6+ Years of recent aircraft experience (fighter preferred but not required). Manger will consider candidates with 4 years if they have relevant fighter jet experience. • Phase Maintenance, Final Assembly or Flight Ops/Flight Readiness experience. The Production FACO APG, F-16 Technician will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include: • Landing gear • Powerplants • Flight controls • Fueling/Defueling • Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Production FACO APG, F-16 Technician you will be responsible for Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling and modifying aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Aircraft Flightline Experience is Preferred.
WORK HOURS: • 4/10-1st Shift • Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift. Final shift is assigned after training based of team need 1st Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM 2nd Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
