In this role, you’ll oversee the development, control, and compliance of technical product baselines for highly integrated aircraft systems. Your expertise will help ensure engineering accuracy, product integrity, and successful program execution across the full product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Data Management Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting advanced aerospace programs by:

• Overseeing the development, analysis, management, and compliance verification of process and product baselines
• Leading technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative aircraft products
• Managing complex product trades, engineering changes, and change proposals
• Implementing Configuration Management and Data Management standards, systems, tools, and processes
• Defining and allocating configuration/data management requirements for hardware, software, and engineering design data systems
• Ensuring integration across product elements and resolving engineering product structure issues
• Developing and executing engineering technical program plans
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support certification, system integration, and compliance objectives
• Managing multiple priorities independently while working under minimal supervision

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field
• Typically 9+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) procedures
• Experience working with airplane systems and/or certification processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to self-manage priorities and deliverables
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred
• Master’s degree or PhD with equivalent related experience
• Experience in aerospace configuration management or product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Experience supporting highly integrated complex products in regulated industries
