In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring spare parts, provisioning products, and support services are delivered efficiently and accurately. Your ability to build trust, analyze data, and improve performance will directly support customer success and long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Manager, you will take ownership of customer satisfaction and service performance by:

• Analyzing supplier and customer data related to ordering, delivery, and service performance
• Managing inquiries regarding spare parts requirements and coordinating timely responses
• Resolving delivery issues and ensuring customer needs are met effectively
• Processing and analyzing returned materials from customers
• Creating, tracking, and improving key performance metrics
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships
• Developing a strong understanding of customer culture, priorities, and business strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve service execution
• Supporting account and program management initiatives to drive customer retention and growth

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or client relationship management
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Experience in program management, account management, or related business functions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, customer-first mindset with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting supply chain, spare parts, or aviation-related customers
• Strong analytical mindset with experience creating and monitoring KPIs
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Background in business operations or logistics support

Not the Right Fit

• This role is not focused on high-volume call center support. Candidates with strategic customer relationship or account support experience are strongly preferred.
