Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Process and move production materials into and out of storage, production areas, and other locations to support operational flow in accordance with standard work instructions
Monitor work-in-process (WIP) to ensure production continuity and efficiency
Communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure availability
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to parts and materials using established procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities, minimizing schedule delays
Perform duties under general supervision
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following within an aviation environment:
MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations
Materials management
Supply chain
Production control
Minimum of 2 years of experience using an ERP system such as SAP or equivalent
Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime; some roles may require rotating shifts
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting manufacturing operations for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies
Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds during an 8-hour shift
Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, bend, lift, package, and unload materials throughout the shift
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
Experience with schedule and budget management, logistics integration, and customer communication
Understanding of program planning and execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Experience working with commercial derivative aircraft platforms
Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience is a plus
