Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Perform stress analysis on primary and secondary airframe structures

Update existing analyses to support design modifications and changes

Conduct MRB stress analysis for metallic and composite structures

Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN

Interpret engineering drawings, assemblies, and installation models

Utilize hand calculations and Excel-based methods for structural analysis

Support design validation and ensure structural compliance and performance

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance

Bachelor s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field (required)

Experience with airframe primary structure layout and sizing

Strong experience with hand calculations and Excel-based structural analysis

Proficiency with CATIA V5

Experience with FEA tools (NASTRAN, PATRAN)

Structural / stress analysis

Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM)

Airframe structures (metallic & composite)

Engineering drawing interpretation

Analytical problem-solving

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
