About the Role 

As an FAA Assembly Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment and machinery. You’ll contribute directly to operational excellence, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of safety and performance. 

What You'll Do: 

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical equipment and components with precision. 

• Identify and replace parts to ensure machines operate efficiently. 

• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet project goals. 

• Adhere to established guidelines while working under expert supervision. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, or completion of an apprenticeship or formal training. 

• Ability to follow instructions and work within pre-defined processes. 

• Steel-toed boots (safety first!). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with mechanical concepts, practices, and procedures. 

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Comfortable lifting items up to 30 lbs. with moderate frequency. 

• Willing to work in environments with machinery and potential physical risks. 

• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (a plus).
