PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative – Supply to support our partnership with a leader in the aviation industry on the KC-46 program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Position Details

• Job Title: Field Service Representative – Supply
• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
• Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate Starting at $30.37  per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Representative – Supply, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution
• Analyze delivery schedules and requirements to support aircraft mission readiness
• Coordinate with asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate data within internal and customer logistics systems
• Prepare and present reports on supply performance, trends, and metrics
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadership
• Support shipping, receiving, and documentation processes
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
• Assist warehouse operations as needed, including forklift activities
• Respond quickly to changing operational priorities and urgent support needs

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive issues through resolution
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete all required training and qualifications on time
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense logistics operations
• Familiarity with USAF systems such as FMxC2, ILS-S, or DIFM processes
• Experience with product deficiency reporting
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping requirements
• Ability to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation
• Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment & Expectations

• 100% onsite role supporting flightline and operational activities
• May require flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to respond outside normal business hours when needed
• Potential domestic and international travel, sometimes with short notice
• May require deployment in support of DoD contingency operations
