PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Facilities General Analyst to support our partnership with a global leader in the aviation industry in Tukwila, WA. Position Details

• Job Title: Facilities General Analyst
• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
• Location: Tukwila, WA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $44.69 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Facilities team, you will:

• Monitor complex supplier contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards are met
• Develop contract specifications and support procurement documentation
• Create purchase requests, manage invoicing, and support purchasing activities through Ariba
• Coordinate facility shutdown planning and support GSEP administration
• Generate schedules for maintenance, services, and facilities-related projects
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely execution of scheduled work
• Research labor, tools, materials, and asset availability to support service requests and projects
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives related to facilities operations
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with teams such as Safety, Legal, IT, Security, Fire, and Document Control
• Use project management tools to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Analyze data trends to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot facilities systems, processes, or software issues
• Support configuration control for documents, equipment, and systems
• Deliver training and help develop training materials for internal processes

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong administrative, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Experience working with procurement, invoicing, or purchasing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Executive Assistant experience
• Experience using Ariba or similar procurement platforms
• Background in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, or corporate services
• Aviation, manufacturing, or highly regulated industry experience
