Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Requests for Proposals and catalogs, including engineering hours, flow time, and parts requirements
Identify affected engineering groups and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Define aircraft configurations and system functionality through technical research
Identify prerequisites and dependencies required for proposed modifications
Perform risk assessments and support certification classification (major/minor changes)
Ensure compliance with safety assessment requirements (BPI-2798)
Analyze project schedules and incorporate lessons learned to improve future proposals
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to align proposals with resource availability
Communicate progress, risks, and challenges to team members and leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
5+ years of experience in aviation (engineering or maintenance)
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of aircraft systems (Airframe, Avionics, Structures, Powerplant, Interiors, Components)
Familiarity with aircraft certification processes
Experience supporting modifications programs or production systems
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
