Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Maintain and update manual and automated personnel records

Collect, compile, and analyze sensitive HR data and reports

Support HR functions such as benefits, training, employment, compensation, and EEO

Provide information to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements and employment eligibility verification

Support global mobility processes (relocation, international assignments, etc.)

Coordinate with internal and external HR systems and stakeholders

Assist in preparing reports related to labor data, recruiting metrics, and workforce planning

Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and systems that support employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

High School Diploma + 2 years of related HR or administrative experience

Experience with I-9 processing and/or global mobility

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
