PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading utility company to hire a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst who will play a critical role in a major Customer Modernization Program. In this position, you’ll ensure the quality and reliability of complex, integrated systems—bridging SAP and non-SAP platforms to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your expertise will directly influence system performance, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction. 

What You’ll Do 

As a Senior QA Analyst, you’ll take ownership of testing strategy and execution across enterprise systems: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, test cases, and reporting deliverables  

• Perform manual functional and system integration testing across SAP CIS and connected Edge systems  

• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios validating business processes across multiple platforms  

• Translate business and technical requirements into effective test coverage  

• Ensure all testing aligns with acceptance criteria and quality standards  

• Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with development teams  

• Provide daily updates on testing progress, risks, and key metrics  

• Support system integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts  

• Partner with business stakeholders and process owners to plan and execute UAT  

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, systems, and environments  

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5–7 years of QA/testing experience in enterprise environments (minimum 3 years required)  

• Strong hands-on experience with system integration testing across multiple platforms  

• Solid background in manual functional testing  

• Experience with defect tracking, test metrics, and reporting  

• Proficiency with test management tools such as OpenText ALM / Quality Center  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills  

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams  

• High attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills  

• Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience testing SAP CIS or large ERP implementations  

• Familiarity with Edge systems and third-party integrations (digital platforms, middleware, billing, payments)  

• Experience with customer-facing applications or account management systems
