Job Title: Manufacturing Planner Job Type: 12-Month Contract Location: Hazelwood, MO Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate Starting at $41.12 per hour
What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Planner, you will support an MESci manufacturing planning rewrite within the BDS Fabrication organization while partnering with engineering, production, and supplier teams to drive operational success.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations that define as-built configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and standardize manufacturing plans
Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies aligned with business objectives
Integrate suppliers, materials, processes, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing compliance standards are met
Define tooling requirements based on engineering and production needs
Manage tooling from design through end-of-life disposition
Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues quickly and effectively
Perform producibility assessments for parts and product designs
Provide input to improve cost, schedules, manufacturing processes, and technologies
Develop integrated work statements and event sequencing to support delivery commitments
Draft, revise, and review procedures supporting business and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related manufacturing planning experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, and work instructions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
Ability to work independently under general direction
Experience using tools such as Siemens NX, IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, or DELMIA
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
Experience reviewing and approving engineering work such as installation plans, tool orders, and line stock checks

Pay Details: $41.12 per hour
