Position Details

• Job Title: Product Security Engineering

• Location: Seattle, WA

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)

• Pay Rate Starting at  $75 to $95 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor to product security initiatives, you will:

• Lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of product security and resiliency strategies across the full product lifecycle

• Design and enhance system requirements and security architectures to meet certification, regulatory, and customer standards

• Support the development and implementation of BCA Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for new systems and customer commitments

• Ensure the protection of facilities, tools, networks, equipment, data, and resources used in design, testing, manufacturing, storage, and operations

• Define security requirements for suppliers providing components and subsystems integrated into complex aerospace products

• Collaborate with government agencies, customers, suppliers, and industry partners to identify risks and strengthen security standards

• Conduct research and development that results in innovative cybersecurity solutions

• Advise internal and external stakeholders on maintaining product security certifications and understanding impacts of system modifications

• Help architect secure cloud environments leveraging AWS and/or Azure technologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in product security, cybersecurity engineering, systems security, or similar technical roles

• Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments

• Strong understanding of security architecture, risk management, and system lifecycle security practices

• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders

• Associate degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or other highly regulated industries

• Knowledge of certification and compliance requirements for secure systems

• Background in supplier security integration or third-party risk management

• Experience leading complex technical initiatives or enterprise-level architecture efforts

• Strong communication and stakeholder advisory skills
