JOB TITLE: Sheet Metal Fabricator

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Fabricate, modify, and assemble sheet metal components from engineering drawings

Lay out, cut, bend, form, and finish sheet metal parts using standard shop equipment

Modify existing or purchased hardware to meet design specifications

Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper fit, form, and function

Support troubleshooting, rework, and continuous improvement efforts

Participate in fabrication verification and documentation of build processes

Maintain high-quality workmanship in a low-volume, high-mix production environment

Requirements:

1 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related mechanical fabrication field

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Experience using standard sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bachelor s degree not required

Ideal candidates are self-starters who take ownership of their work and consistently deliver high-quality results

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
