Position Details
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment) Location: Lenexa, KS or Medley, FL (please indicate preferred location on resume) Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | Core Hours 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week + overtime as needed) Pay Rate: $52.21 per hour Work Setting: Fully Onsite Travel: Approximately 25–30%, with potential to increase up to 40% based on business needs

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be the trusted leader who steps in when challenges arise, removes roadblocks, and ensures suppliers deliver quality parts on time. What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to problem solver when urgent supply chain issues threaten production schedules.
Drive operational solutions that remove barriers and achieve delivery goals.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a high-energy environment.
Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to accelerate results.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for long-term solutions.
Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.
Use data-driven decision-making and project management skills to meet aggressive timelines.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across processes and systems.
Support customer satisfaction through responsive execution and proactive follow-up.
Required Qualifications
University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR
Advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Supply Chain experience is required.
SAP experience is required.
Strong ability to work onsite in a collaborative operational environment.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or technical field.
Meaningful experience working directly with suppliers.
Project management, Lean, or process improvement experience.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent follow-up skills.
Delivery assurance experience.
Advanced working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience across a variety of commodities.
Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Aerospace or aviation industry experience.

Pay Details: $52.21 per hour
