PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a Senior ISC Project Management Manager who thrives on complexity, ownership, and delivering results that truly matter. In this role, you’ll drive high-visibility, cross-functional supply chain initiatives supporting U.S. Army programs—ensuring mission readiness through precision, leadership, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
As a senior leader in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), you’ll own the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions and stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end execution of integrated supply chain projects—defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Ensure on-time product delivery aligned with Army customer requirements
Act as the primary escalation point for critical supplier, operational, and customer issues
Drive past-due delivery reduction across the Army portfolio to achieve zero backlog targets
Develop recovery plans, corrective actions, and long-term improvement strategies
Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, risks, and solutions
Build and maintain project tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and trigger timely interventions
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, Materials Management, and more to resolve systemic issues
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, quality, and operational performance
Oversee Army customer ramp-up plans, including readiness, staffing, and capital planning
Engage directly with suppliers and internal sites to remove barriers and accelerate execution
Deliver detailed status reports and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers
Utilize tools like SAP, Excel, and enterprise systems to manage data-driven execution
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
6–8+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
Strong expertise in SAP and Excel
Exceptional communication skills—able to influence across teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable leadership style
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or defense-related programs
Background in aerospace, defense, ground systems, or sustainment operations
