Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Apply industrial engineering methods to support program requirements across production and operations

Develop plant layouts, equipment configurations, and capacity plans

Design workflows, sequencing of operations, and production systems for optimal efficiency

Evaluate and integrate new technologies and techniques into manufacturing processes

Analyze workflows and develop data models, databases, and reports to support decision-making

Research, design, and implement process improvements to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality

Develop and execute plans for facility modifications and operational improvements

Create and standardize product assembly instructions and practices

Prepare operations plans, including work statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning

Support execution planning using project management, scheduling, and shop load practices

Provide production, supply chain, and recovery planning support

Ensure compliance with safety standards, design requirements, and ergonomic guidelines

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree

OR 3+ years with a Master s degree

OR equivalent experience with a PhD

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
