Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (9 months, with potential extension up to 1 year)

Travel: Remote candidates must travel to OKC 1 2 times during the assignment

Summary:

Lead integration and analysis of supplier DO-178C artifacts

Align supplier deliverables with AC 17-01 / MIL-HDBK-516C airworthiness documentation

Support certification efforts for safety-critical systems

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Identify and resolve gaps between supplier data and certification requirements

Onsite candidates preferred (OKC Oklahoma City)

Open to fully remote candidates based on experience

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree (preferred ABET-accredited) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

Typically 9+ years of relevant experience

OR Master s degree with 7+ years

OR PhD with 4+ years

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Experience with airworthiness certification (required)

Experience with AC 17-01 and/or MIL-HDBK-516C processes (required)

Strong background in DO-178C (software certification)

Experience working on safety-critical systems

Strong analytical and integration skills

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
