JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

PAY RATE: $150/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven end-user capabilities into a Quality Management platform

Collaborate with functional leads to define technical vision and align solutions with business requirements

Partner with development teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards

Mentor developers on AI best practices and promote knowledge sharing across teams

Translate business metrics and requirements into effective AI solutions

Contribute to architectural decisions using modern design patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless)

Requirements:

Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise applications

Experience with Claude AI

Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless)

Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
