PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a respected leader in the aviation industry to hire an experienced Delivery and Facilitation Specialist in Renton, WA. In this role, you will help build workforce capability by facilitating engaging training programs, coaching teams, and ensuring employees gain the technical knowledge and skills needed to succeed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery and Facilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in workforce development and operational excellence by:

• Conducting learning requirements analysis and establishing clear training objectives

• Designing, customizing, and delivering engaging learning programs, presentations, guides, and course materials

• Facilitating classroom, hands-on, and team-based learning experiences using a variety of delivery methods

• Serving as an instructor in specialized aerospace skill areas such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, or related disciplines

• Observing, tracking, and assessing learner performance to measure effectiveness against training goals

• Providing individual and group coaching sessions to improve performance and knowledge retention

• Maintaining a positive, productive learning environment and addressing classroom challenges professionally

• Emphasizing and reinforcing all required safety procedures throughout training delivery

• Conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify and develop additional instructors

• Recommending process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and operational outcomes

• Ensuring all courseware and training delivery complies with required regulations and standards

• Monitoring implementation tools, training systems, and overall performance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong background in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, or instructional development

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, technical operations, or related industrial environments

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and multiple instructional delivery techniques

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess learner performance and adapt training methods for maximum impact

• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree with relevant experience

• Previous instructor or facilitator experience in technical skill environments

• Experience leading Train-the-Trainer programs

• Familiarity with aviation industry standards and compliance requirements

• Expertise in Electrical, Structural, Systems, or Quality disciplines
