LOCATION: Long Beach, CA
PAY RATE: $104.75/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and achieving team goals
Coordinate and integrate efforts across teams and the broader organization
Bridge business strategy, technical objectives, and program execution
Lead cross-team collaboration and solve complex technical and organizational challenges
Communicate effectively across all levels (up, down, and across the organization)
Present updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support team development
Ensure stakeholder and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field required
10+ years of experience leading complex technical, strategic, and organizational projects
Experience supporting development programs across all phases of hardware and software development, testing, and qualification
Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate across diverse teams
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills across system, hardware, and software architectures
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting military aircraft programs
Experience with U.S. Government (USG), aerospace, or DoD/DoW projects
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Familiarity with PMBOK principles and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities
